Weather late March?

I'm getting everything together for our trip in 3 weeks. What should I expect weather wise in March? I have poncho's to pack and I thought about a light jacket at night. Will it be more T-shirt weather vs. tank top? I want to take as little into the parks as I can with 3 small kids, lol, but I want them to be comfortable.
