What is the weather likely to be like next week in Paris? should we all take waterproof clothing? I hate raing:lmao:

Do they sell alchohol in the restaurants there? I am sure I read somewhere that they don't.

The forecast is for showers for the next ten days according to this site

We've been twice in early March and prefer to dress for the cold with a lightweight waterproof coat over the top.:)
Alcohol is served in the table service restaurants, I'm not sure about counter service ones - Paris is the only Disney Park where alcohol is served inside the park. :)

im off next week too and have just bought a nice lightweight coat... with a hood :P expect it to be same as here in march really, poss a bit windier as it is an exposed site.
as for beer they better serve it or im coming home ( all day with my two overexcited kids in tow, ill be needing a beer or threee)
apparently king ludwigs has a happy hour where you can get 2x1L glasses of beer for 11euros. also they do a kids eat free between 3 and 7 but check the times as this is hearsay

With some counter service meals you can upgrade your soft drink to a beer for 1 euro or something like that!

As mentioned this is the only Magic Kingdom disney park that allows alcohol! It's nice to be able to have a nice glass of wine etc with a sit down meal, thats something I miss in WDW Magic Kingdom yet we must observe uncle walts wishes!

Thanks.

It would be nice to have a glas of wine to unwind with my meal;-)

Hi
just dug out a couple of receipts from our Jan trip

A 33cl can of 1664 in Backlot express........3.80 euros
a 50cl glass of 1664 in Walt's ........a whopping 6.50 euro

The cocktails are my downfall - with or without alcohol they're my little treat at the end of a busy day. :)

This year the weather seems to be a little milder, but from past experience it can be extremely cold at DLRP in March, we had some very cold dry days last year, although the sun did come out most days, although back home in South Wales it was snowing. In March 2005 Paris had a heavy snowfall, a friend of mine was visiting then and in March 2004 it was bitterly cold, with sleet and snow. We're going at the end of March but I'll still be packing hats scarves and gloves just in case.

We went at the end of March 2002 and we had light drizzle most days. The temperature was quite mild though.

It really is not a problems as a lot of the park is undercover and the studios have plenty of indoor shows to keep you dry.

I know you will have a magical time whatever :goodvibes

For that kids in bed end of the day relaxation moment:thumbsup2

Approximately 15 euros a bottle - I hope this on sale when we're there, I can't think of a better accompaniement to the holiday videos and photo albums.:)

Sorry - I should've said - it's wine available as red Merlot or white Sauvignon.
The bottle is fabulous looking isn't it.:thumbsup2

Thanks Jill. We're heading there next week and, purely in the interests of research, we'll have to try a bottle of each :)

Just returned from trip 2nd-7th March.

Weather on Friday 2nd (although landed at 10 pm) Raining really heavy!!!!!!!! landed in a proper storm.
Saturday 3rd - sunny/cloudy
Sunday 4th - sunny - most of the day the kids had just their bodywarmers on
Monday 5th - Sunny - most of the day kids just had their bodywarmers on.
Tuesday 6th -Rain - rained all day. Puddles everywhere. Had to buy they plastic yellow disney macs. Kids were soaked and their jeans were wet up past the calf of their leg. Once you are wet you get colder.
Wednesday - we left a lovely sunny morning. I would prepare well. I had bodywarmers, coats, umbrellas but still needed to buy macs.
