Weather in June

What kind of weather can I expect in June? My wife is concerned about hurricanes should we have a backup plan?

Hurricanes are very rare in June so I wouldn't worry about that. You can expect daily late afternoon thunderstorms though. The biggest factor will be the intense heat and humidity; Florida is absolutely sweltering in the summer.

Well We live in houston so humidity and sweltering heat is just another day for us. Thanks for the info
