looking at accuweather.com and weather.com
they have completely different forecasts for the same days.:confused3

so what do you look at aside from your local news station?

Those are the two I rely on. I find that they're both equally accurate, which means when they differ, we really have no idea what the weather is going to be.

I go with the local ones. They tend to be a little more accurate since their equipment is set up to monitor the local area. I do like NOAA.gov, the national weather service site for tracking storms. Our local Fox station has a good radar that you can zoom in and see where hail is falling, etc.

I look at the sky? And if I'm outside, I sniff. I can tell - sometimes - if it's going to rain or snow.

As a certified weather geek I use the National Weather Service through NOAA (nws.noaa.gov) and weather underground (wunderground.com). Weather Underground's "Wundermap" is the best map around IMO.

Another vote for wunderground.com.

You local TV station website would be my first choice.

Weather.com and accuweather.com just aren't acurate enough.
