Weather at WDW this week

We are scheduled to arrive in WDW on Thursday. What are people wearing right now? I can google the weather and it looks like low 70's for the next week but is that jeans and short sleeves or shorts? Will we need flip flops or jackets?

We have never been to Disney at Christmas so we are super excited just not sure how to pack? Any hjelp is appreciated.

Pack jeans for the evenings (or slacks) a couple of pairs of shorts for during the day.
A sweater or sweatshirt and maybe a light jacket for the evenings.
It has been a warm December here with daytime temps in the 80's.

And all the WDW pools are heated so don't forget the bathing suit.

Except for summer, any forecast for this part of Florida is only good for a few hours at a time (things change). Bring clothes for everything from nice, 80 degree weather to 40s or 50s. Some long pants and a sweather or jacket should be enough, especially if you're coming from a cold climate.

I would also bring something to keep you WARM if you plan to stand outside and watch the parade, etc...

The lows can easily get down in the 40's and add the wind - that is cold when you are standing out in it.

I have packed shorts, short sleeved shirts, jeans, long sleeve shirts, pullovers and even a heavy coat, gloves and a scarf.

I FROZE when I was there in Feb...Everyone was buying blankets at Epcot. I bought a Disney jacket - but I won't ever go unprepared again.

I plan to rent a locker the night we do MVMCP so that we can store stuff to keep us warm.

We are leaving the Sunday after Christmas, and I plan on bringing a slew of clothing for everyone. Shorts, t-shirts, jackets, jeans, sweaters..... I'm ALWAYS cold, so I doubt I'll even bring shorts for myself, but you never know... I'll be checking www.accuweather.com to see whats going on.

Let's see- we're here now......last Wed & Thurs? it was quite cool. Forgot to take a jacket & bought a sweatshirt in the Studios. Last Monday it was hot & humid (well, humid for those of us who don't "do" humid!) Today is warm, especially when not in shade, but not nearly as humid as last week.

All in all - be prepared for any kind of weather! The fog was very thick this AM too (we felt right at home, living near San Francisco!)
