Having a 25 hr day at WDW is special! My mom celebrated a birthday there on the time change over. That was a 25 hr B day in Disney. Not too many people could claim that!
Because the time change occurs in the wee hours it won't be noticed by most guests.
But Disney could run a promotion such as having the parks close at 2:01 AM standard time on the fall back night which would result in an extra hour of park time.
My good friend works with Dr. Seeker and said that if you ride Dinosaur during the period when the time goes backwards you'll come out on a leap year in the Hollywood Tower Hotel maintenance elevator.
