May 26th
Arrived at All Star Music around 1:30. Checked in with no wait. Our room 0630 In Calypso 10. We were in a Family Suite and I was very impressed at how roomy it was. We had decided ahead of time not to go to any parks after being in the van for almost 16 hours. We went to eat at Intermission Cafe then swam in the Guitar Pool and baby pool. The Guitar pool was fridged:eek: but the baby pool was like bath water. Don’t laugh but more than one night after going to the parks we took a drink and sat in the kiddie pool like it was a hot tub. And we were not the only adults doing it.:rotfl:

May 27th

We sat a wake up call for 7:25. We were woke up by Stitch & Mickey Mouse. We ate breakfast in our room. We arrived to MK around 9:30.

We went straight to Adventureland. We waited less than 15 minutes for Pirates of the Caribbean. My dd rode it with her eyes closed head down and fingers in her ears. :lmao: My two-year-old loved it. And requested to do it again. It was cooler than ever now that Cap. Jack was in it. Pirates of the Caribbean is still one of my favorites. After that we headed for Splash Mountain. Dh and dss rode it the wait was a good hour. They returned with a parent swap pass which I saved for later in the day.

We decided to head to Fantasyland. On our way they were just loading the theater for the Country Bear Jamboree. We went in for that. It was as the same show I saw back when I was six. My younger two loved it. My eleven-year-old dss thought it was dorky. lol As we were walking I saw the Hall of Presidents, I had to go in. Little flash back I was six the first time I saw this. I swore for the longest time that Pres. Reagan was really talking to us. Coming from an American History buff it was as cool as ever.:) I truly enjoy this ride. Dh said it was okay, loved the ac. The older two could have passed & the two-year-old napped.

We arrived in Fantasyland. I got us a FP for Peter Pan’s flight. We had about 4 hours to wait. We went to Pinocchio Village Haus for lunch, check out meal review please, which we found to be okay.

Next we went back to the Haunted Mansion. Again dd rode it eyes closed ears plugged. But I caught her peaking, ;) . My two-year-old laughed all the way through. Dh and dss thought it was cool. But similar to the one that use to be at Kings Island. After that we rode Small World.

We did Mickey’s PhilharMagic. This was a ride that we all enjoyed. How cute & cool was that. Amazing how creative the people who make these rides are. :3dglasses During the part when the audience get wet my two-year-old started yelling swim Momma swim. After that we checked on the line for Ariel's Grotto. OMG it was almost and hour. I was trying to talk dd into waiting until we returned later in the week. Finally, the man at the beginning of the line told us to arrive between 9 & 10 AM that is when the line is shortest. We sat and enjoyed a frozen coke. Then dd and I rode Dumbo.

DD and I check out her “Princess” wave

Then went back and rode Peter Pan’s Flight. Then did some shopping and off to dinner at 1900 Park Fare.

We returned after dinner and went back to Adventureland and we all rode The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. Ds loved the camels. Next back to Frontierland to use my parent swap for Splash Mountain. I rode with dss and dd. It was as awesome as usual. We got a bit wet but not soaked. Love the ride and the kids did too. We got out of the ride and dh had us primo seats for the parade. SpectroMagic was cool. Dd was in heaven the Wicked Queen from Snow White tried to get dd to come to her. Dd looks a lot like Snow white.
We caught bits of wishes as we were trying to leave and avoid the crowd. But still saw enough to enjoy it.

Great start to your trippie! I'm enjoying your dining report as well.

So, where are you from in Indiana? We live just north of Indy in Fishers and are thinking about driving for our next family trip (October 2008). Just wondering how your sixteen hour drive went with the kids... Ours will be 7 and 4 by then.

Waiting for more....

We live in Elizabethtown, we are 1/2 way between Columbus and Seymour. My sister lives in Carmel and it takes about 1 hour and 20 min. from my drive to hers if that helps.

We fed them @ Ryans right before we left. Put them all in pajamas. We got on 65 about 8:30 PM and drove through the night. We stopped for gas a few times and breakfast. Then we stopped for a short nap. We checked in before 2 pm . So we made pretty good time. Driving was okay. BUT we will be driving for our next trip!

Our second day started with a late Breakfast with the Princesses @ Norway in Epcot. On our way we came across Mary Poppins

Breakfast was a big disappointment. The Princesses were great other than that blah.

We went straight from breakfast right on Maelstrom with no wait. The best part the movie was not working so we got the fun of the ride w/o the bore of the movie.:goodvibes

Next we went to Test Track for fast passes they came out for the time of our ADR @ Coral Reef. I went over to tell dh who was talking to the man working the line. We were trying to decide if we should just do standby or what. When the guy said call this your dream of the day the rides on me. He handed us all passes to ride then. Enough for the older kids twice. His only condition was he wanted to measure ds who is two.:scared1: Mind you I did not want him to ride that ride. Thank goodness he was too short.:bitelip: Okay the pre show freaked dd out, why I don’t know.:confused3 But once we got on we all loved it! I have to say this is a ride for everyone! Hands down! Speed, Curves, bumbs, heat and cold. I laughed to the point I thought I would pee my pants. After riding I was sad because I know my ds would love it. After we rode dh,dss & dd went.

Next on to mission space. When we arrive the sign said a 20 minute wait. No biggie.Ds and I waited and waited :yo-yo: After 45 minutes dh called from line saying they had @ least 60 more minutes. I went to fastpasses and with them the wait was only 40 minutes. So they got out of line. Come to find out the 20 minutes was for the less intense side. Opps. So went for a potty break, got cold drinks, let the kids play around the mist thing and checked out the pretty flowers before we went back. After a 15 minute wait in fp line we were in the briefing room. Fun! Then we got our assignments. Dd thought she was it because she was Captain. I was very nervous she would vomit. This ride was intense & cool I loved it. If it weren’t for the line I would have done it again. After me both kids wanted to go back with dh so I got a child swap pass so they could. I took his fp I was going again when they got done. Now 35 minutes later my phone rings dh said there was an accident I’m thinking my 6 yr old dd barfed nope my dss did. He said his stomach was a bit upset but he didn’t want to spoil it for all of us. So they gave him a pair of grey shorts and a orange shirt. The rest of the day cast members would look at him and laugh.

We wanted to let his stomach calm down so we went to Innoventions so he could cool off. We spent oh I bet 1 ½ hours in there the kids loved it and dss got to rest.

From there we went to Nemo dss wanted to set out I am glad he did that on wall that seems forever @ the end would have made him sick. I thought this was very cute! The kids loved it

We then went to Coral Reef. I had set it up for an Anniversary celebration. :lovestruc It was all I had hoped for. An awesome meal & awesome environment. The diver came down with a banner for dh
We left after dinner and went back to the room. We went for a swim and called it a night. I was a bit sad we didn’t get to do more @ Epcot but what an amazing excuse to have to go back to WDW.:thumbsup2
