As a kick-off to the International Jazz Festival in Vancouver Canada, Tony Bennett was in town and gave a concert. He was excellent and I was really surprised by his excellent singing technique. I listen to him on our oldies radio and thought he was even better in person.
He had a young group back him up and they were all excellent musicians, WOW! He was careful to acknowledge them often.
My husband and I were also treated to dinner where the entrees were over $35.00.
The beef tenderloin was quite good and I had an appetizer of crab salad.
All in all, a memorable evening.
