We should rent a double stroller, right?

I just realized that none of my kids have even touched a stroller in almost a year. They will be 4, 4, and 5 for our Disney trip this year.

Even though we haven't used one in a long time, I should still rent a double stroller, right? We plan on being the parks from RD to dinner each day, with a TS lunch can as a rest.

I think I am being crazy considering no stroller, but I wanted to check.

We went when dd was 4 and we used a stroller. She was always a very active child and never used one at home but the amount of walking and navigating the crowds was a bit much for her.

We used one in MK and Epcot. AK and DHS she walked but we didn't stay at either of those much.

I would. Disney is a lot of walking for little legs. If you're like us and go from opening to close at a park, the kids will appreciate the break. We just went in October and our 5 year old spent a couple hours a day in the stroller, especially after dinner.

Yes. We only use them at Disney now, but DDS 3&5 definetely drill use them on long park days

I would definitely consider. My youngest was 4+ on our last trip, and we rented a single stroller. Our son was 6+, and he was upset that we did not have another seat for him! Even my 7+ girl was wanting to sit in the stroller a few times.

I would definitely rent! Gives a place to sit, shade and spot for gear.

Yes, but don't rent from Disney. Check out Apple strollers or Kingdom strollers - cheaper and better quality strollers.

We have decided to rent for children who are 2.5 and 5.5. Neither is ever in a stroller at home.

If staying onsite rent from an offsite company. Apple stroller is an approved vendor that leaves the stroller with bell services. I'm renting one from Sunday to Wednesday cost $33(cheaper than a 1 day Disney Stroller at the park) Apple Stroller is the cheapest compared to other offsite vendors you pay for insurance $7 a day plus pick up and drop off $5 each plus tax. Other companies were over twice that amount.

Last tine we went ds was a very new 4. We only needed it for Epcot. You might be ok without it.

With 3 littles you are definitely going to be happy to have a stroller. They'll all want to sit at one time or another. I know the Disney strollers are $$ but we loved that the kids could hop in and out easily. I don't know what style the offsite rentals are but make sure it's easy for them to get in and out.

Disney strollers are hard plastic and not very comfortable. Offsite Stroller companies rent out city minis or BOBs instead - much more comfortable, with the added bonus of being.able to use them to and from the hotel (whereas Disney's stay in the park only).

Op - in your situation, I would either rent a double, or rent a single with a rider board attachment. I know Kingdom Strollers had that option.

Eta: og, and on the parking front...I would not take it from ride to ride with you with.kids that age. I would park it in a land, tour that land, and retrieve it when you are moving on to the next land. There's not a ton of walking, in general, within lands and I would think.kids that age could handle that.

I would get one when you are at Epcot. We found that always enabled us to tour World Showcase without problems. The other days I would try without and see how it goes. If they kids do well without it you will be happy to not have the aggrevation of dealing with parking it, maneuvering thru the crowds, etc.

Excellent advice. When we tour classic Fantasyland (teacups, Pooh, PP, SW, Philharmagic, carousel we park near carousel and walk to each ride, then move on to Little Mermaid, Dumbo, and Goofy

I have 5yo twins. They stopped with a stroller at 4. The real perk for us was that they got tired. Slept at night. Prior to giving up the stroller, vacation sleepover g was hard.

Do it. We did last year with our twins (age 4) and our son (age 7). Each of them used it - mostly the twins. It was a life saver. Nothing is worse than carrying around a 45 pound ball of heat in 90 degree weather.

We are going back this year again and will definitely get one.

I keep mine in strollers until they are 6 or 7! And we do a lot of splitting up because my kids like different things, so you might consider two strollers instead of a double (and maybe also a ride-along in back of one of them).

I bring our Citi Mini Double for our kids (age 3 and 5) but to be honest, my 5 year old is a wimp...my 3 year old can run circles around her...LOL I also like to store drinks and small snacks in the bottom. It saves us a TON of money on drinks in the park.
