Hey Everyone!
Thanks for coming on in.
This ride is wilder than Mr.Toad's- you just hopped on the ride of dreaming along as me and my wonderful mom plan our third trip to the Happiest Place On Earth!
Basic Facts:
Dates: March 11th, 2009-March 21,2009! (Over my Winter Break!)
Need-to-knows:
We will be using the DDP and having MYW tickets for 9 days!We'll be on ME too. We booked with the buy 4 get 3 special.
Cast Of Characters:
The Lil'Planner (me): Hello!
I'm Shannon, AKA Tinkerbell Teen or Tink, if you like, and I'm 14 (I'll be 15 on our trip!). This trip will be my 3rd trip to Walt Disney World. I love watching Suite Life and Suite Life On Deck. I also love HSM3 and Camp Rock. My favourite characters are Minnie Mouse, Tinkerbell, and Piglet. 3 of my friends want me to pack them in body bags and take them to Disney with us =) I am really into music and dance, and I am in my first year of HS. My nickname is 'The Lil'Planner' because I love planning every extent of our disney trips.The Enabler (DM): She's Mom, Mommy, Mamma Mia!, Karen, Pluto, or The Enabler. We'll go with Pluto or Mom. We are reallysuperclose. She's my travel buddy.
This will be her 5th or 6th time to the World. Her faves are Pluto, Mickey, Tinkerbell, and Eeyore. She's the Enabler- getting a job just so we could go to DISNEY!!The Non-Disney Guy (DDad): My Dad. Doesn't enjoy Disney too much. Came in 2006. Will not be coming with us this trip. It's not his thing.
The Stitch: A little Stitch who will be coming with us to WDW! He was a Hawaiian Stitch, until I took his Lei and skirt off. He'll enjoy O'Hanas!
Our Resort:
DISNEY'S ALL-STAR MUSIC!
We really wanted to try a new resort this trip. Our budget gave us a value, and since we already tried POP, and I am a huge music freak, ASMu it is!
Our Story:
We did Disney for the first time as the whole family at Wilderness Lodge in April 2006.
On the plane ride home, we knew we would go back, but Dad didn't want to 
So we got together some money and had a fantastic 5 day stay at Pop Century in April 2007. Again, on the plane ride home, something told us we would be back. No matter how hard we tried, money was not in the Disney corner and we didn't take a trip in April again. So we got the money eventually, and we are hitting ASMu for 9 days in March 2009!. The Planning:
It was November 28th, 2008. Mom was looking all over the DIS and the Disney website, when she came across the 4/3 deal ( buy 4 days get 3 free) and called me in immediately. She checked out 9 days in the parks with Dining for us at All-Star music- the total was 2500!!! Less expensive than our little POP trip in April 07! We gave it a few days to straighten out my classes, and then we booked on December 1st 2008 at around 11:45 am. Nine days. ASMU. 4/3. 200 DISNEY GIFT CARD BABY!
