We passed ROFR!!!!!!

I just got the phone call that Disney approved our resale purchase !! They exercised ROFR on our contract in November , so we are soooooo excited! We will now be owners at OKW, can't wait to have the points so I can make our first reservation as owners !

I bought OKW resale in 2009. Just had my first stay there last month. It was a great place! Just laid back and quiet, with the lovely ferry to Downtown Disney.
I stayed near Hospitality House, room 1124. It overlooked the golf course and trees from both front and balcony views. I couldn't have been happier, and I hope you have a great time there, too!

Missipian- The contract is an April use year, 210 points with all 2011 points banked, for $54 per point at OKW!!!!!

I am soooo excited, now to just be able to make my first reservation !!

Wow - Congtratulations and WECLOME HOME!! OKW was my first DVC purchase in 1999 and back then I paid $51 per point for a fully loaded 270 point contract so you got a great price.
