We passed ROFR.....too!!!

We got word today 8-22 that we passed ROFR!! We are buying a 100 pt. BCV contract with August UY. It was submitted on 8-3. Almost 3 weeks to pass. Whew!!!!

When do we offically get the "Welcome Home"?

After closing? Now? How does this Homecoming work?
