We Need Iced Gems!!!!

Hi, my wife (a British expat) is dying to get some iced gems, ice gems, whatever they call them, and they don't sell them anywhere near where we live. Aero bars? Yes. Twiglets? Of course. Bird's Custard? Easy find. Chocolate buttons? No problem. Ice gems?

Personally I don't see what the fuss is but she adores them. We ran out of our last bag months ago. We'll be in Orlando July 9-12, if anyone is flying in around that time and has room in their luggage for a spare bag or 3 we'd meet you anywhere in the Orlando area and be your new BFF PM me if you can help.

That's really nice of you to offer but it's not worth it. The postage to mail it is about 3 times the cost of the candy, plus you have to box it up, go to the post office, etc. We only want someone who is coming here anyway so it's no added trouble. Natasha&Matt is spot on, tho

We live just north of Atlanta, Georgia, about 7 hours from Orlando. We go down at least twice a year (we've already been once in March and we'll be back again in October). My wife has relatives in England (Cheltenham and Ipswich), if she wanted them desperately enough we could easily get some mailed out. It's just not worth it for some candy. The only time it's worth the bother is if someone is already headed to Orlando or Atlanta anyway. When they show up it makes it an extra special treat

Well definitely shout up if you need anything and are headed out in October 2010 as that is our next planned visit. Our next US visit is to New York in December, currently in Washington DC as I type this.
