Just returned from HRH about a week ago, and I have to say, we LOVED it. Yes, the staff is somewhat laid back, but if you need something taken care of they are right there.
My Loews first number and ammenity were not entered on my reservation when I arrived, and they researced it and sent my milk and cookies withing a couple of hours. Had two questions about my bill at check out and both were resolved.
The grounds, main areas and rooms were VERY clean. The pool is SOOOO great and had lots of lifeguards which was terrific. The kids loved the slide and would not come out of the pool for hours.
It is so convenient to be able to walk to the parks. The "trail" you take to get there is beautiful and well maintained.
Overall, we were very pleased and would definately return.
