two questions...

I am bringing the spray cans of sunscreen. There are 4 people (2 adults 2 children). How many cans do you think I should bring? we are staying wed to wed (7 nights). My gut feel is one can is not going to be enough. But I am not sure if 2 will either. We intend to use it liberally, and i'd rather not pay the park prices for sunscreen, but with delta charging $80 for 1 pound over the 50-pound bag limit, I am trying to balance the need vs the luggage weight..

Do you think there is any need to bring long pants for June 18-25? does it get cool at all in the evening -enough to want to change into long pants?

I just started using the spray sun screen this year and it does seem to go quicker than the lotion. Maybe bring 2 bottles of lotion instead to save on weight.

My guess would be you probably don't need pants, but I have never been to Florida in June. Just in the winter months. Then we occassionally do wear pants. Have a great time on your trip!

I would say at least 2 bottles--if you have the room-3. That stuff goes really fast!

My initial thought about the sunscreen was one spray bottle per person, but I tend to overpack

No advice about the long pants--we usually travel to WDW in January, so I don't have a clue about June!

That sunscreen goes SO quickly! I'd say bring the 2, and count on possibly having to buy a bit there (or can you send yourself a package like so many people on here do???)

I'd say *no* to the pants, but possibly lightweight sweatjackets - the AC in some public places is really cranked up and it can be chilly inside, and maybe the evenings can get a bit cooler. We've been in mid-May and needed sweatjackets for evenings sometimes, and we've been in early July and definitely did not need any sweatjackets or anything. It was WARM at nighttime, which was so nice!

We were there 11 days in August and there is 5 of us and we went through 3 cans.......and bought a can there that we never ended of using. I didn't want to run out but ended up being more in the last can than I thought when I bought the can there. You just never know, its one thing I don't want to run out of.

No long pants!! It is hot! The evenings are the best, perfect temperature. I've been wondering how many cans of sunscreen to bring with us, we are a family of 2 adults/2kids also. I was planning on bringing 4 spray, 2 lotion (for the face). Have a magical vacation!!

We went in June for our honeymoon 5 years ago, and it was darn hot! I tried to dress nicer in the evenings (capris) and wasn't even able to it was so hot.
