we are going to be using our 160 DPs labor day week and treating our friends to their last "kid-free" dis vacation. our sept 2008 AKV points will be banked into 2009 UY, and we are hoping we can convince my BIL and SIL to take a family vacation with us so we can do this with our 4 nieces and nephews. our 3 1/2 YO nephew is really starting to ask when he can go to mickey's house. We sent them a picture of us with Lightning McQueen and Mater in the new Pixar section of DHS since he LOVES Cars while we were down earlier this month, but he cried and said "but I wanna meet Mater..." too cute. anyway, if they dont want to go on our dime, we'll just take someone else, or bank next year's points into 2010.

Congrats! We are feeling the same way- want to use our points wisely but I also don't want to lose by missing any windows- We will be going w/ developer points in April & then again in July using 2008 UY points from our purchase- still having points to carry over to bank for adding to UY 2009 points and have a nice vacation in 2010- the year after we may bank what's left take that years points and borrow from next for a Cruise OR for a very long stay OR for a Grand villa AND a longer than normal stay... Wheeee just can't decide yet! So glad we have time to work out those details! 2009 is all set for us though! Well, I do still have to make the Ressie for July - We are not nervous about that Ressie since it appears everyone hates July for the heat- Which I love- & the resort of choice is big enough we SHOULD get what we want and if not we are open to another... As long as we are at Disney- We will be happy! Congrats again & have fun planning!
