Okay, maybe you were... Anyway, it happens. I think at least once per vacation, somebody's got to have a little meltdown and get it out of their system.

Usually it's me. Sometimes it's my five year old. Our behavior, however, is probably the same.

I hope I'm making you laugh, I feel like this isn't coming out right. Anyway, I just wanted to say I am glad things turned around, you got a yummy Pina CoLava (my new favorite) and finally got some good food.

Your mansion looks so pretty. Marc is quite the photog! Sorry you got into it with him. Seems like typical men being men behavior but I totally know how there is only so much of that a person can take.

He was just so oblivious to what was going on at the time that it made me so angry. We were both on vacation, we both work full time, he has a part time job and I go to school. We both needed to relax and just watching him relax while I worry about our plans and laundry was making me so mad.

oh my goodness, I would have had angry eyes too! Men are such DORKS sometimes and completely clueless.

I'm glad you were able to enjoy your dinner, it sounds like a long hot, stressful day that ended well.

That is what made me so angry, him being completely clueless! After our talk though he did understand better, he also stepped it up with helping me decide what we would do each day which took a lot o the pressure of me of him having a good time.

I was so happy that we got our Mansion room! It was so beautiful and relaxing in that area.

I was cranky but it truly was me being angry at his oblivion. He just didn't get what was going on and at the time I couldn't tell him because that would have resulted in me yelling in public which I avoid at all costs. I don't want to end up as someone else's TR fodder.

Once I calmed down and was able to explain in a quiet manner then he got it and he did try hard for the rest of the vacation to make sure that I was relaxing too.

I was so angry when I got back and he was in the pool after I had been gone for over 30 minutes. SO MAD. I was thankful that I could calm down though.

Our location was awesome, we were super close to a pool and close to the main bus stop which is the bus stop that I would want to be close too. Parterre or Oak Manor would be perfect for you.

I was fuming and I think it's the most angry I have ever been at Marc. I'm usually slightly annoyed with him but I was beyond angry that day.

I can't say enough good things about the pumpkin fudge. I would kill for a piece right now!

We had fun taking panoramic photos on this trip, I only wish I had taken more.

I think Marc's mentality was "I'm on vacation" forgetting that I was also on vacation. Oy. Oh well, it got better so that is all that matters!

I'm with you, hon. I try to avoid raising my voice with the kids in public, but on the rare occasion that it happens, I almost feel like looking at the people around me and saying, what? WHAT??? You have a better way???

Since I've joined the DIS, I worry about my outfits in Disney. I do NOT want to be a fashion victim on these boards and the yelling in public. I know how I look at people when I see them arguing so I try not to do it myself.

I'm sure when I have kids, I will have your issue too.

I meant to ask, how was the laundry room? I have heard that you cannot trust those machines--at any resort. Since we drive we do not have to use them. We just pack A LOT! But I always bring tide and quarters just in case.

I had good luck with my machines and I had to do laundry twice. The first time, one machine was out of order due to a crayon being dried in the machine and a few days later it was completely clean and in working order.

You know, I think that truly, I am more casual in my day to day life than I am on vacation at Disney.

My thought process is, when I'm gone, and all people have are the thousands of photos of me from the millions of vacations we took, I'll know I looked good!

I'm sure when I have kids, I will have your issue too.

I'd like to pretend it won't happen to you, but I don't want to disillusion you.

I didn't try the fudge, but I had a pretty yummy pumpkin muffin the other day over at Sunshine Seasons.

Chocolate-covered strawberries are always high on my list.
