That's what I say! Unfortunately, what I SHOULD HAVE done was taken the money from DH and paid the trip and kept the difference. Ugh, too bad I'm such an honest wife. I'm sure I'll get that $360 one way or another.

You know what? That's about $180 each for the kids. Maybe I'll have him put that away so they can pick out some stuff at WDW while we're there.

There's an idea! Then you won't hafta shell out any more $$$ for them.

$180 per kid is a lot for "stuff", but it sure will be a fun lesson in money management......lots of little things .....or one major purchase

Okay, here's my 1st day plan for Epcot - Late Morning. I didn't upload this as a touring plan b/c some of the elements were missing.

1st we have to check in, get our keys, drop off the dogs and then.....

1 - Get to park around 10'ish and Get FP for Soarin'
2 - See the Circle of Life
3 - Ride Living with the Land then Explore the Pavilion
4 - See Soarin
5 - Obtain FP for Honey, blah, blah, blah
6 - Ride Journey Into Your Imagination
7 - Explore the Imagination Pavilion
8 - See Honey, blah, blah (this is for the kids, )
9 - Obtain FP for Test Track
10 - Eat at the Electric Umbrella
11- See the Seas w/Nemo
12- Try to get into Turtle Talk, if not, explore The Living Seas
13 -If it's not time for Test Track, then Tour Innovations West, then East
14 - Ride Test Track
15 - Ride Spaceship Earth
16 - See the characters at the Connection
17 - Head back to the hotel for a loooong nap

Books and the Dis keep me organized!!!

I just bought the 2008 Passporters Guide and I love it! It was really hard to find this late in the year.

With your ADR's, I guess it's easier with the kids, b/c I plan around them. The one ADR I wanted for DH wasn't available and he's not picky as long as the kids are happy. Try not to change them too much, just plan your days around them.

I have to say touringplans.com is pretty good b/c I can actually see the rides I want on a map and print it out and take it with me. I put each days touring plan in the Passporter pockets. I also read the Unofficial Guide to WDW 08 and that was pretty helpful also.

Okay, I have a question...

Today, I checked the code again and if we stayed an extra day (six nights), we would be paying $2,658, as opposed to 5 nights at $2,668 without the code.

I know I already told DH that we would be saving $360 on the five nights, but now, we could be saving $10 on 6 nights.

Do you think I should even ask him for the extra night, or just be satisfied with the fact that we saved $360?

Oh! I checked the offer and with the 6th night, we'd also get one more day of DDP and tix with Park Hopper.

What do you think?

I can't help but leave you in suspense since he doesn't have an answer for me yet. He's probably hoping that I'll forget to ask him about it again.

Since the day we'd be adding doesn't comply with the code, I'm not worried about saving $, but CBR can book up so after work, I'll light a fire under him for an answer.

I'm back!! (... and I've been so busy, I haven't even been lurking ...)

You wanted some feedback on your MK Day 1 ... so here it goes ...

Holiday Wishes is at 9 pm ... which means you need to get your spot by 8:30 ... so say goodbye to #2-#6 (unless you won't to blow off the fireworks ... and do you REALLY want to do THAT!! ) Instead - grab a Fastpass for JC or BTM - suck in some MK atmosphere - and grab your spot ...

Spectromagic is at 10 pm ... do you see a pattern here??

You have a basic decision to make: fireworks/parades or rides ... unless you think the kids will be able to hang late into the night ... cuz then you can do the rides after the parades/fireworks (and there probably won't be any lines then ...)

Enchanted Tiki is OK - but you won't be able to get the song out of your head for weeks!!

I have heard nothing good about Stitch ...

... but you'll want to do Buzz about a buzziliion times !!!

The DW just got done puttting the DD to sleep - so - later (I'll catch up with the rest of your PTR one of these days ...)
