We got our FedEx box today!

We purchased at the end of August and I got a tote and I think a hat or two. I really don't remember on the hats lol. We also got a big box to file all of our paperwork in. It is blue with a big door knob and key on the face of it. I'm not sure why they're not still doing this. I thought the box we got for everything was great!

OK this is so strange how different everyone is.

We just closed about 3 weeks ago on 175 AKV points and did get the nice book with the doorknob but NO tote or hats. We got no gift at all!

We simply got paperwork and a note that our member gift would arrive separately later. We just bought beginning of Feb. Almost a month later, still haven't seen anything. I am sure it will come since they went through the effort of including a 'letter' saying we would get a gift later. lol.

We then changed our minds and bought 160 BLT points (I really wanted to own BLT) they sent us our new contract with 2 hats! So we have 2 hats and a tote!! I do agree that the cardboard contraption that they sent the paperwork in isnt the best, but I think we will survive.

Isn't it funny how you switched from AKV to BLT and I switched from just BLT to a AKV/BLT combo? I love how flexible DVC can be!

I think you should have used the extra points at BLT/AKV to bargain for your tote!

You: "Tell you what, we'll switch our contract to buy 100 at BLT and 100 at AKV IF I get a tote with a pen inside when the contracts come."

Guide: "Why a pen in the tote?"

You: "Because, no tote = no pen = no sign. "
