We got our DVD... but it doesn't work right.

I ordered a month ago, & it came yesterday. I was really enjoying it actually, but when I went to the "resorts" section to check out our hotels we're staying at in Sept - I couldn't "choose" anything. The arrows didn't allow any of the icons to get highlighted and everything I just clicked anyway, it would go back to the same one over and over (port orleans).

The first time we put the dvsd in it didn't work at all. we tried a different one and it worked so we knew it wasn't the player. We tried again the next night and it worked fine. I'd say give it another try before giving up.

To be honest though, you can find more info here and on the allears site about the resorts.

Mine was messed up also.
I watched the main part then went to the resorts to watch and it would get stuck
I turned my dvd off and back on and started it at the resorts first thing and it worked.
Then I tried to watch other stuff on it and it got stuck again
I turned it off and did the same thing, I started in that area first.
I think it has ALOT of info on the cd and it tries to read too much at one time..

Ours also would not work on our regualr DVD player, but we tried it on our son's portable DVD and it worked perfectly. Good luck!
