Well I filled out the online survey that the Poly has been sending out to people after their stays (filled one out in May too) and in my survey I mentioned the air conditioning problems we had throughout our stay.
--Our air conditioning was not working 80% of the time. Apparently they are having issues with circuits blowing in the new rooms
Anyhow, I was just venting a little when I submitted my survey it really isn't anything that ruined our trip and I mentioned that fact as well. Well this was about 3 weeks ago all of a sudden today I get a call from a woman in Disney's executive offices and she said she just wanted to call and apologize for our inconvinience and offer us 1 complimentary nights stay at the Poly which we can use on any future visit
. This is awesome!!!
We go at least once a year and I think a free night is great, we really weren't inconvinienced that much it was just a bit of a bother to call the front desk each morning and let them know that the air conditioning was out again. So I guess our next trip will be 1 night longer than normal. LOL... I couldn't possibly stay the normal 10 nights and just save some money now could I.
Anyhow, I just had to share I think this is great.
