We go shop delivery questions

Now with Magical Express, we are going to try We go shop but have a few questions?

1. Do we have to be present when they deliver or will they just drop it off at BCV and they will store the items for us?

2. Will BCV store the cold items separately and do we have to tell We go shop to bag them separately?

3. Can we charge it ahead of time so we don't have to be present in person?

We're not sure how this works.

MrsG, I will be using wegoshop for the first time for our June/July trip. I do think you have to be present in your room when the groceries are delivered. You give them a time and they will deliver the groceries on time. My advice from other people is that you only have to place your order a few days ahead of time. You can also choose the market you want them to shop at. I was at their Web site recently and they will be closed, not doing any deliveries, from June 29th - Aug 8th. I just made it, I'm having mine delivered to BCV on the 26th at 4:30!!
