We did it!! Update..We passed ROFR!!

I talked DH into buying me a small contract at SSR!! I will be sending in my deposit tomorrow and will go through ROFR. However, we cannot close until Nov 3. Its ok, we have a tripped planned for Aug and then wont go until next year anyway!! Wish us luck with ROFR!!

Is this for a 60 point SSR Feb UY from the TSS? If so, it might the contract I'm selling. We just heard it passed ROFR today.

I hope it is...so I know it's going to a good home! I love SSR I'm just switching to an Aug UY.
