I think I caught the Disney bug. We saved and planned for 4 YEARS before we went back in September 2012, but I think we left a part of us in Florida...so we have to go back and get it!
Hubby and I are both turning 35 this year. This will be my 6th trip, and hubby's 8th. We have a son who is 11 and this is his 5th trip. Our daughters are 8 and almost 6 and it will be their 3rd trip.
Seriously, we just decided, on a whim, in February to go back in May!! We leave Illinois on Friday, May 10 at 3 am and drive to Valdosta, GA for a rest before arriving at Port Orleans Riverside around 11 am on Saturday.
So excited!! All of our dining reservations and QS meals are places we have never been!
Saturday, we will check in, unload, and head to DTD for lunch at TREX. Might take a water taxi! We will do a little shopping at the Legos store, World of Disney, and the Christmas store, for sure, before heading to a favorite non-Disney restaurant, Sweet Tomatoes. We will unpack, swim, and rest when we get back. Maybe explore the resort a bit?
Sunday, for Mothers Day, we will head to Animal Kingdom. We have breakfast at Tusker House. We are excited to see the Lion King show again, and try some things out that we have never some before. We will have lunch at FTB. We will go off property again for dinner to eat at Giordannos Pizza!!
Monday, we head to Epcot! Plans are to sleep in and arrive between 10 and 11. I want to get some pics of the Flower and Garden displays! We have lunch reservations at Le Cellier! We will spend the entire day at EPCOT World Showcase and eat around the world and finally see Illuminations that night (5 visits now and I have never seen it!)
Tuesday we will try to make rope drop at HS! No reservations here today, but will try Starring Rolls and Fairfax Fare and possibly Backlot Express or Dockside Diner. This is my favorite park! We don't plan to watch Fantasmic this time, though.
On Wednesday, its back to EPCOT for Future World this time!! We will eat at Sunshine Seasons for lunch and Garden Grill for dinner. We plan to hit all the attractions! We will leave early, though, to catch up on sleep because Thursday is a special day!!!
Thursday is the day my youngest turns 6!! We head to MK for breakfast at Crystal Palace. We will hang out in Tomorrowland until 12 when we go to Bippity Boppiti Boutique! After that, we will head to Be Our Guest for a late lunch and spend the rest of the day in Fantasyland. We will do dinner at Columbia Harbor House. We have reservations for the Wishes dessert party, too!!! Totally excited about this day!
On Friday, we will go back to MK and hang out in frontierland, adventureland, and liberty square. We will likely have lunch at Caseys Corner. We will end our trip at LTT for dinner.
Saturday we will pack up the car and check out to head back home. Makes me sad to even think about it!!!
