Hey everyone - Sorry I didn't start a new thread last week and I'm late this week. With being away last week I've been so busy and tired since I came back. I didn't do bad while in Vegas, but I think I've done bad since I got back. So I'm here to get back on track. We can do this!

Getting back in the swing of things is hard isn't it. I had a hard time this week after returning from vacation last week. Next week will be better...we can do it!
 
Well, I'm definitely doing better in the exercise dept since my son started school and I can get a walk in before work. I've been having late evening tv watching junk food eating evenings lately. I'm not going to turn on the tv tonight, and I'm staying out of the kitchen, and hope to break the bad habit.

tinkamom- it is hard to get back in the swing. I started a new job this week after 2 weeks vacation, and want to make healthy eating a priority. I'm planning only to eat the healthy lunch I bring, and not indulge in any junk that's brought in. Good luck getting back into it. We can do it!!:cheer2:

MelanieC-Welcome back. Hope you enjoyed you vacation, and kudos to you for eating well while away. That's the hardest I think. Thanks for keeping this challenge updated.

I haven't had the chance to weigh myself. I should invest in a scale. I did adopt a pair of jeans that were smaller from the dbf's mother. They fit PERFECTLY. :cool1:

I have been good about my workouts, I walked/jogged for 90 minutes yesterday.

I lost another pound this week. I know it could have been more but I was so bad yesterday -eek! On the up side I've been doing awesome with my workouts so I'm feeling real good about being able to handle disney in a couple of weeks. I'm determined to lose 4 more pounds before our trip - it'll be hard in 2 weeks but I really want to get there. I need some good mid-afternoon snack ideas - it is always what kills me at the end of the day. Any thoughts?

I've lost 8/15 for my short-term goal, or 8/36 for my long-term. I'm really happy with WW and my new Curves location. Make it a great week everyone! Denise
 
I lost another 1.5 this week so I am at 14.5/40. :woohoo:
 
Hi Everyone! I lost 3.6 pounds this week! That's a lot for me, so I'm really excited. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but it's a lot for me! But, for my total it'll be 1.6/16 pounds b/c I had put on a little bit during one of the weeks. So, I've lost 1.6 of the original 16 I need to lose. Does that make sense? I hope everyone else is doing great!
 
I am down a little bit this week so 4.8/25 for the challenge. It sure seems to go slow!
 
2.2lb loss for me this week....7/30 grand total, almost 1/4 the way there!
 
Sorry I haven't been around guys, I have been busy with the Biggest Loser challenge on WISH. BUt I am happy to report that I am down 5.5 #!!!

Congrats to everyone on their losses, and hang in there if you didn't see a loss, I'll bet you will next week!:flower3:
 
Hi, I havent been around lately either, but I am hanging in there and I have lost another 3 pounds so far, and that puts me at 5/28.
 
Another .5 pounds this week puts me at 15/40.
