I've been doing nothing towards accomplishing my goal. We leave on a cruise Wednesday--only a three nighter, so I can't do to much additional harm to myself. Hopefully when I get back, I'll be more in the mood to accomplish something. Good luck to everyone else!
 
I had a nice few days away, and did ok in the eating dept. I made some smart choices, and a few not so smart, but yummy. Today I stuck within my ww points and wrote everything down, which is the only way I seem to be able to lose weight. I'll be weighing in on wed this week.

I did weigh myself Saturday and lost another pound so I'm 3/25 on this challenge. I am quite proud that I did meet my goal for the August exercise challenge and I'm going for my highest goal yet this month. We leave on our cruise on Sept. 30 so I'm shooting for 1100 minutes this month. Luckily my 2 year old loves to go on stroller walks. Yesterday we had already been walking for 25 minutes which is what I needed to meet my 60 min goal and he wanted to keep going so I ended up doing 35 mins total. I'm trying really hard this week to lose at least 1.5 lbs. so I can make it into onederland - I want it soooo much!

I'm down another 1.4, for a total of 5.6. I've been doing WW on most days, and have re-committed myself to going to Curves. I'm so thrilled that its working for me!
 
I'm down 2 pounds this week for 2.6 total for this challenge.
My son started school today, and I took a walk and have been following ww for the past few days. I start a new job next week, and I'm planning to get a walk in at least 3 days before work.
Keep up the great work all.

I lost another .5 so I am at 13/40 on this challenge. :)
 
I lost 2lbs for the week of 9/10 weigh in. Pretty much back to prevacation weight! Now I have to get working hard again. My total for the challenge is 4.8/30
 
I'll update and start a new thread tomorrow. Sorry I've been so busy since I got back from Vegas and I've been suffering from exhaustion. I think I need to up my iron intake. I've been so tired.
 
I've lost 2 pounds this week. I am now at 7/15. I'm not feeling that great this week again, fighting another migraine attack....:sick:
