We booked while on board, how to upgrade to concierge?

So we booked on board. We were on the Magic and now we are to go on the Fantasy next spring. I'm contemplating changing from a Caribbean cruise to a transatlantic but we would want to be concierge again on the Mgic. How do we do this? They don't give the onboard discount for rebooking to concierge? My kids love our concierge and want to go back to see him. That speaks volumes for him, Andy is the best!

You will get the OBC, but not the 10% discount.
