Holiday Wishes is spectacular, and you captured them so well. It is hard to believe that Hallowishes is better, but it is.

MVMCP looks like so much fun and wow at Space Mountain having no wait. Our MNSSHP was packed, we went on a thursday night. IDK if it had more to do with the day of the week or being just over a week from halloween, but it was way more crowded than I expected.

The last time visiting the Magic Kingdom is always bittersweet. But you guys have had a great trip!

great update!! You will LOVE Halloween! I'm not a huge Halloween person/dressing up at all but I love it at WDW. You for sure will have to wear a costume or Halloween something! The first time I went with my mom we were for sure the minority..we know better now!

I loved those fireworks at MVMCP too...the perimeter ones are so cool! We did the same thing as you--went to the party for the characters, parades, etc.--I don't think we went on ANY rides. Looks like you had a good time!

Your last visit to a certain park on your trip is always such a bummer! I really hated that we only did one park a day on this past trip, because I felt like my vacation was ending a little bit each day. I am looking forward to having Park Hopper the next time we go so I can see each park more than once!

I'm not going to be able to believe Hallowishes is better than Holiday Wishes until I see it for myself! I just don't see how it's possible!

I'm hoping when I go to MNSSHP it's not too packed. I was thinking of either going the Friday night when we first get there, and then Thursday later in the week, or Sunday and Thursday. I'm getting nervous about the first week of October now, it seems like it's going to be crowded!

Thanks! I can't imagine not going to Disney during Christmas this year and not seeing the castle with the dream lights. Hoping for a quick weekend trip, but I doubt I can convince Brandon!

It was sad leaving MK, but at the time, I thought I'd be back in May for our anniversary, so I was already looking forward to that!

Thanks! I love WDW at Christmastime! I'm really excited to see it for Halloween though, the party seems like it will be a lot of fun! But MVMCP will always be special to me, since it was the first Disney "event" we ever went to!

Thanks! That castle pic is one of my favorites from the whole trip...I tried purposely to get the reflection of the castle in the water and I'm happy it kind of worked!

Those were some of the better parade pictures...most of the ones I took look like the blurry Mickey and Minnie one I put up! I might just stop taking pictures of parades all together, they never come out very good!

I can only imagine how weird it would be to not have a park hopper and know that you wouldn't be back to a certain park for the rest of your vacation! It's always sad for me the night before the last day of our trip, because it seems like we're always at MK that night, and it's so hard to say goodbye to MK!

Thanks! I always have a hard time taking good fireworks picture too, but I got really lucky that night! I'm not even sure if I'm going to take pictures on my next trip, during Hallowishes, if it's as good as everyone says it is, I just want to watch and enjoy it!

I can't believe it's time to start the last day either! Although, I think I'm ready to wrap up this trip and move on to the next one, I can't wait to start my PTR later this month!

Hi, thanks for reading! The week before Thanksgiving is such a great week to go, I've gone 2 years in a row and loved it! I'd go back again this year, but I really have to go for Halloween, if I don't do it now, I never will! Just don't tell anyone how great this week is, we don't want too many people knowing the secret!

The crowds were pretty crazy the first weekend, I guess because of the end of the Food and Wine festival, but the rest of the week was great!

If you get a chance, everyone should stay at the Poly at least once. We've stayed at the Contemporary and the Poly a total of five times (the Poly one more than the Contemporary) and we love everything about it...it is just as you described it...very tropical andd we love the rooms.

I love the picture ofyou and Brandon with the Seven Dwarfs--very cute.

Your pictures of the castle are breathtaking.

Haha, I love how you had to move your parade spot a few times! I think Howard would be doing that to me! I think it'd be fun to watch from Frontierland because I know it's not necessarily as packed as Main Street, but I'm always afraid of those darn birds in the area!

I can't help but wonder what each individual person was thinking as they were pretending to be toy soldiers! Haha, brings me back to my days of being in the marching band except people could see MY face.

Toy Story Mania!!!

Last Day *sniff* 11/19

Hi everyone! Well, this is the beginning of the last day of our trip. The saddest day in Disney World! While I'm a little sad to be finishing up this trip report soon, I am kind of exciting to stop reminiscing about this trip and start looking forward to my October trip! I get to make ADR's in 23 days, so I'm really excited about that! And I can start my PTR soon, which will be fun, I like PTR's a little more than TR's! I wish October hours would hurry up and come out so I could start planning!!!

Anyway, I'll stop being ridiculous and get on with the update!

I honestly don't remember this morning at all! I know we must have gotten up kind of early, at least I did, because I did some of my packing and got ready to get to the park at the same time! I also know we had breakfast at POR, but I have no idea what! I didn't take pictures or put that in my notes, I guess I was probably too upset that it was our last day!

I tried not to let it get to me too much though, because we had a really fun day planned! Our first park of the day was going to be DHS! I was excited to go back, since we only went early in the trip, and I couldn't wait for more ToT!

We arrived at DHS at 9:30 and went to guest services to redeem our second voucher for our GAD Fast Passes! I can't say enough how great these were, especially for this day!

Once we had our GAD cards, we had one place in mind...Toy Story Mania! Neither one of us had ever been on it, and it was my mission this trip to finally try it!

I took a quick hat picture

and tried to ignore the obnoxious music going on in front of it...whatever it is, Disney channel or High School Musical...it was loud and it was annoying and it made me kind of happy that we don't have kids yet so we didn't have to stop and watch it!

We made it to Pixar Place and went right up to the FP machines and got our FP's. I don't remember if there was still a line, but I don't think there was, because I don't think we waited at all.

What made these GAD FP's so great was, you don't have to wait to come back to use the FP, it's good for that time! It's too bad they aren't doing that again this year, or something like it!

Here's my FP!

We walked right in to TSM

and wemt through the FP line. I was kind of sad to be missing the cool queue the standby line had...but not that much!

We waited about 15 minutes until it was our turn, and finally we got in our vehicles and the ride started!

OMG! What a fun ride! I had a feeling it would be, since it's so crazy to get a regular FP for it, but I had no idea I'd like it that much, I secretly thought I might be disappointed since it has so much hype! But it definitely lived up to it, I loved it!

Our scores:

I was red! Which means, I beat Brandon! I'm not really competitive, but let me tell you, I NEVER beat him at anything video game related! (Board games are another story!) And he does not let me beat him just to be nice! So I was thrilled to do better than him for once! And I thought my score wasn't too bad, considering it was my first time!

Oh, and look what else I got!

Yay! How people get into the 400,000's is beyond me! They must know where the secret targets are or something! I was happy to get over 100,000!

After TSM I was tempted to try to meet Buzz and Woody across the street

but the line was really long, so we skipped it!

We decided to make use of our GAD FP's again and go on Rock N Roller Coaster one last time!

I don't think we had any wait at all with our FP's, but the standby line was already pretty long! Such a great ride! I'm so happy I learned how to position my head on here finally, so I don't end up with a headache at the end!

I of course, had to go on Tower of Terror, since it was right around the corner!

I can never get bored with ToT, it is simply the best ride in all of WDW!

Once we finished with ToT, we went to the Animation building to see if Lotso was around! He was, but the line for him was really long. I kind of stalked him out, just walked back and forth for a while, wondering if I should get in line, and eventually I decided not to. I don't know why, with all the time I spent pacing in front of him, I could have just been in line!

I took a quick picture of him while he was waiting for the next kid to meet

and we went outside and wondered what to do next. I wanted to meet some characters, and since it seemed like any Toy Story characters just were not going to happen, we went up near the hat again, where there were tons of characters out!

We decided to wait for Donald and Daisy, because they were wearing really cute outfits, and I like to meet couples together!

Our PP picture came out horrible, unfortunately! They took like 6 shots, and they are all really bad! So here's a tiny one for you guys to see!

Ugh! I don't know what was wrong with me that morning, that picture doesn't even look like me!

We had a lunch ADR at Sci Fi for 12:30, but we still had a decent amount of time before we needed to go in that direction, so we decided there was only one thing to do-use our last GAD FP for a Toy Story Mania rematch!

Up next...will Brandon beat me at TSM, or will I continue to dominate? Stay tuned!

Boo to your last day!

The whole GAD program was just amazing. What better incentive to get people to volunteer than some reward at Disney! Plus, it's business for Disney anyway. Those FP don't "hurt" anyone, so why not do offer it longer?

I'd be MUCH to scared to meet Lotso! I was really creeped out by the movie when he was so mean in the incinerator! I watched it with Howard only a few months ago, and I was verbally upset + disgusted about it! I was like, "WHAT?!?"
