As in the title. We all love Disney, but, I think it would be interesting to see what everyone finds in dislike about Disney.

Disney, what I don't like it seems to take 45 minutes to get the opportunity to pay for it.Whatever line I choose it just seems to take forever.I guess I just want to get back out in the park and get to Space Mountain etc. :wave2:

How they make us all go crazy waiting for those CODES!!!!! :teeth:

Linda

I know its my own fault for going in the summer, but the crowds and the heat especially at MGM everytime I am there I think I melt off a layer of skin. Next trip will be in November so hopefully both problems won't be as bad. :cool1:

Having to pay $164 rack rate +tax for what is essentially a regular hotel room any where else. I know there is the Disney magic there and theming...we're the suckers who keep going back....but it is expensive.

NOT HAVING A TINKERBELL CHARACTER WHO WALKS AROUND!!!!

I would agree! I know most of us fanatics are too jaded to see the reality. It's almost like we have Disney holding a carrot on a stick in front of us, and though we know it only leads to the rabbit trap, we keep going.

Anyways, the experience on site is nice but we talk about the hotels as if they are taj mahals, when in all actuality, you wouldn't pay more than $60.00/night off property for the same sized room.

the most magical place in the world......the attitudes turn into me...me...me...as soon as they pass security checks.

Some people will run over an 80 year old woman and her husband just to be the next person in line (example from last trip).

I hate myself for not sticking to the food plan. We make this big effert to have a kitchen to save money, eat healthly, save time etc. Then when we get down there, we often stray from the plan. Not only do we end up eating in the parks, we often waste some of the food in the condo! And I not just taking about PS... we plan those, it those impluse lunches that ruin everything!!! :rotfl2:

There is something else too...I hate being in line with groups of teenagers. Ok my age is showing, but they can never wait patiently. Two weeks I was afraid I was going to go deaf from all the yelling as we waited for Pirates. There were 12 to 15 screaming 13/14 years olds right in front of us. When time FINALLY came to get on the boat we refused to ride with them and so did the next three families behind us.

I hate the new tickets because they hurt people like me who like to take a couple short trips a year. The expense of a short trip is almost double what it was last year. Plus, the souviners - buying a sweatshirt is out of the question for me! I think Walt would be sad that those of us who grew up loving Disney, watching every movie and dreaming of going to WDW, as adults have to struggle so much to pay for tickets and a shirt. That was not his vision.

I wish that they would make the resort swimming pools larger. The volcano pool at the POLY is great, however..it is not fun swimming in a pool that is packed full of people. Other pools that could be bigger are Wilderness Lodge and POFQ. That's the only complaint that I can think of. :goodvibes

The humidity. Other than that, I like my annual pass and everything else ;)

Sunny, as someone who goes MANY times during the year, i can say that I see Disney catering more to the vacationing family, and sort of disregarding the locals and those who go for a few days at a time. I wish AP's were more highly regarded and some of the perks could be passed our way.

No indoor pools, sometimes you need them even in FLA (especailly last week!). :umbrella:

This is what I think is really dumb too, the bus to AK from BC. Who's idea was it to have one bus for 5 resorts (YC, BC, Swan, Dolphfin, and Boardwalk,) and then have it stop at 2 parks (AK and BB) DUMB! And they are all Deluxe resorts. When I pay more for a room, I do expect a litte more convinence then a mod or value. Oh well!

One thing I haven't figured out yet is how Disney knows where I am staying and always seems to make that bus stop the farthest out! :confused3 ;)

I hate the new tickets with an experation. i loved knowing that my park hoppers never expired. now i have to pay extra for that option pirate:

I hate hearing people curse at Disney. I mean, come on, this is a magical family place with children EVERYWHERE! And I hate when smokers do not stick to the designated smoking section. It's there for a reason. Don't ruin the atmosphere for others, it's not fair. ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

:sad2: Oh..I hate hate this!! Sometimes I have to wait 3 HOURS just to use my FP!! What do I do in 3 HOURS...wait in line for an HOUR here at Pooh and an HOUR there for Peter. No matter what, you will still be waiting whether it be in line for a ride or just waiting doing anything. :confused3

Why can we have 2 FP at a time, that way we are not wasting too much time.

DISNEY PEOPLE... ARE YOU GUYS READING THIS!!

If people have 2 FP, it would defeat the point. There would be too many people with it, creating a wait, thus destroying the purpose. It also allows FP to be distributed longer throughout the day (unlike at Universal when the stupid things were gone for EVERYTHING by 10 am - ridiculous). Besides, you can always return AFTER the designated time, you just can't go before. ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

That there aren't any character meals geared toward boys'.

I have a few. :teeth:

1. No villain character meals
2. Snotty CMs (not too many of those, but a bad apple can spoil a whole bunch - kinda kills the Dis "magic" - I have experienced this on the cruise more than the world)
3. Food is priced ridiculously high
