WDWT and CRO, what's the difference?

I read another post talking about a CM that was really nice, but it said he was at WDWT. Is that the same number as CRO? Also, can you call and ask to speak to a specific CM?

Both WDTC and CRO are the same number. There is no way to get a specific CM, you get the next available agent when you call.

As I recall you can book room only ressies thru CRO and WDWT handled packages. (cancellation and deposit policies are different for both). A couple of years ago I was told by my WDWT CM that they were also trained in using the CRO system yet CRO CM's didn't necessarily know how to use the WDWT system. I found this out when I had ressies thru WDWT and wanted to switch to room only ressies thru CRO. My WDWT CM was able to do this for me because she was trained in both systems. She also told me that they were working on using only one system, so all cancellation policies would be the same. That was 2 years ago - it hasn't changed yet.
