:cool1:We have been to WDW, too many times that I have actually lost count. We bought our timeshare at OKW back in 1997 (I think, or was it 1998). We have 3 children and they enjoyed WDW as much as we did. They have gone more times then I can count, too. They are now grown and wanted to stay home. :dance3:
We did out first trip without the children from 5/9/09 thru 5/15/09 celebrating my birthday, and Mother's Day. We stayed at BWV for 4 nights and VWL for 3 nights. Love BWV, but VWL had some bus issues (took 45 minutes to get to Downtown Disney). This was our first stay in a studio which was very adequate for the 2 of us (always had 1 or 2 BR villas). We did the Dining Plan and took full advantage of our favorite dining places such as LeCellier, San Angel Inn, and others.
The crowds where a little heavy on the weekend, but very nice on the weekdays. We never waited more than 15 minutes for anything during the week. It was very hot with heat index over 100 degrees, so we did take afternoon breaks at the pool which were marvelous.
We saw many meltdowns of children by afternoons and just want to comment to parents that you may be able to keep going all day, but the little ones need a break, nap, etc. Our youngest was 4 yrs old when we first took him and we did take afternoon breaks. We had no meltdowns.
Received the fastpass for my Birthday Celebration and rode everything we wanted twice. It wasn't that crowded, so I should have taken the gift card since I had a annual pass. Oh well, too late now.
Since we have been there many times, we went right to the parks, got our fastpasses, rode a few things, rode our fastpass ride and received another fasspass, had lunch, went to pool at resort, and then back to park for dinner and rides. It was fantastic.
The only sad part about our vacation is that it ended. :sad2:

Wondering what'll be like to holiday without DD. She's 16 now and insists she'll be coming with us for many years yet.
