wdw with newborn?

DW just gave birth to our first child on Sept. 20 (a souvenier from our last Disney trip ). We were thinking of going to WDW around the end of November. Are we plane crazy? Has anyone else taken a two month old? We welcome any advice from seasoned Disney parents.

Can't help you with a two month old but we took our 5 month old in July. No problems at all. Whatever you would do at home as far as feeding and sleeping, just do that at WDW. For instance if the child takes a nap at 1pm, then go back to the room at 1pm and let them nap, then when they are awake, head back to the parks. Just realize that you will not be able to see as much but take things slow and just enjoy your time. The pictures with the characters and your baby will be priceless in the future.

We took our 3-1/2 month old last January. She just turned 1 and we leave in 10 days for the Mouse!

I started a similar thread aoubt 2 weeks ago since we'll be taking our first baby due March 12 to WDW May 20-25 and June 6-20. I don't know how to link to the thread, but it's in the Families board and is titled "Another question about newborns in WDW". I got some great advice from parents who have traveled with young infants and it was a lot of help in planning our 2 trips.

Our oldest DD was about 10 weeks when she made her first trip in October, 1996. Our families thought we were crazy to make the trip with a baby so young but we had a blast. In fact, as she got older (and started walking, running, demanding...) things got a little harder. Remember to take things slow and you'll have a great time.
