If any adjusting to the discounted rate is going to be done, it will done prior to the dates of the reservation. Disney is not going to let someone have a discounted rate for months, then suddenly at check in recend it.
Once you arrive at your resort what is on your confirmation sheet is what will be honored. Any requirements for ID, be it AAA or AP will be on your confirmation. If there is nothing noted on your confirmation about proof of the code, it will not be asked for.
I am sure the DRC management has come down hard and heavy on the booking agents for a mess up in the way this was handled but it is over and they will simply be more deligent in future bookings, hence the comment from the CM.
