Don't need the vintage stuff, after all, this isn't a par-tay. So don't ship out the Good Stuff. Do we have any leftover ponchos from the CC box? We could use a couple of extras... one should be child-sized for our kitty (she hates water - Kids!).

Yeah - I feel fortunate, but my sister lives in Kinder, LA (NO suburb), so I can ship that special WDW water her way if need be.

I know how your sis feels, MrsA. I lived in Gulf Shores, AL for several years. Just saw the Weather Channel broadcasting from there and they already have 12' waves.
That makes me wonder, what do you think the biggest waves ever experienced were in SSL?

Ok we need to mobilize the WDWWDS emergency management team ASAP. Get them down to Texas on the double.

Now according to WDWWDS bylaws, only full members can receive these benefits. Although MrsA hasn't submitted her final initiation material, I'm going to make an Executive order and admit her officially into the Society as of today. She can hand in her initiation report at a later date.

With that, everyone welcome our newest VP, MrsA!! Please modify your title and/or signature as soon as you decide upon how you want to contribute to the Society.

Since it appears the WDWWPS is not currently active, I am moving out of the secure apartment in Cinderella's castle and keeping it available in case, God forbid, any of our members have to evacuate, due to the storms.

Higgs or Dave, we must have surplus sand as a result of that tunneling experiment last year, don't we? Start bagging it up and get a truck ready. (and that doesn't mean I want you to sandbag, either!)

Wow - I'm almost speechless... but let me just start by saying...
Thank you to the WDWWDS for reaching out to a "newbie" in need. The combined efforts of The Elders helped me to re-direct Ms. Isidore to hit my sister instead of me. Unfortunately, it appears some WDWWDS members may have been put at risk, but it may be too early to tell. You can mark my words that I will be the first in line to help out a fellow member in their own time of need.
OT, you have been a kind and patient Fearless Leader. This weekend, I will be using the rest of that roll of film to take pictures of potential DIS Auction items, thus making able Said Roll for development. After my one-hour development errand, I will upload Said Pictures and send Initiation Documents to you, post-haste.
As for my official VP title, I shall strive to be the best Member Relations (ahem) VP that WDWWDS will ever see. If that is okay with The Elders. I can see that position has lots of potential, and I am a "go-getter" type of gal.

OT...instead of the Love Shack...you can use the VIP rooms in the WDWWDS offices hidden under the 20K Lagoon!! Much roomier than the Love Shack...and more private too

Anyway...I have dispatched a truck to pick up sand as per your order...and it will be shipped as soon as it's ready...
