WDW Tickets at Disneyland?

I'm sure that this question has been asked many times before:

I have an old (2006) 10-day park hopper pass with no expiration that has a few more days left on it for Disney World. Will this ticket work in Disneyland too?

Yes! When you get up to the gate the CM will take it from you then go scan it at the office. He will come back with a new ticket for you to use for fast passes.

I also wanted to add that you can use unused unexpired WDW tickets at DL but not the other way around.

Just to add some info to JennHales reply...

They will take your 10 day WDW PH, walk away, return with a 1 day DLR PH and your WDW ticket with a day taen off of it. If you want to go to DLR the next day, you will go through the same routine again. Each day they will remove a day and issue you a DLR 1 day PH.

Also, please note that the ability of the Disneyland Resort to accept Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets is a service offered as a courtesy to our Guests and is not guranteed.

While Walt Disney World Resort Magic Your Way Tickets issued post-2005 will generally be honoured, tickets issued before then may or may not be accepted for admission. Guests holding such tickets will need to present them at the Turnstiles in order for a determination on their exchange eligibility to be made.

Also, please remember that Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes are not valid at any time for admission to the Theme Parks of the Disneyland Resort.

We are planning our trip to Disneyland this December (hubby just got back form Iraq).
I was reading this thread and was wondering if it would be possible to use the Armed Forces salute tickets for WDW at Disneyland??? (since WDW offers the armed forces salute thru Dec 23 and Disneyland ended in Sept).
