I know that the WDW Swan provides pool towels. Can we take these with us to one of the Disney water parks?

I suppose you could -- you might want to check at the front desk. I believe Typhoon Lagoon offers towels for a $1 "rental" fee. I don't know if Blizzard Beach charges a "fee" also.

well no one will stop you but it really isn't a big deal when it is a disney resort because all of the towels go back to the same laundry facility so if you forget or lose your towel it isn't a big deal.

Actually, the Swan and Dolphin are not run by Disney. They are operated by Westin (I think).
Anyway, they are not Disney resorts.

Easier just to pay the buck at the water park and get a towel.
Why lug them along??

The line for towels at Typhoon Lagoon can be soooo long when the park first opens that we have learned to take towels from the resort. That way we can get the chairs we want rather than waiting for a towel. We also use our room cards to pay for everything. That way we don't need a locker. We just keep our key in the waterproof card case that is worn around the neck. The only hitch is that the doughnut cart only takes cahs:(

Last year we used the swan towels at blizzard beach. We did return them back to the swan. I don't think I would leave them at blizzard beach.
