Are the swan and dolphin real wdw resorts as in you can get the ddp?

No, they are not. They are Starwood resorts. The Disney Dining Plan is not available to guests there.

Yep, you get the EMH and WDW transportation.

Despite the obvious missing perks mentioned above, it is still a pretty good value IMO if you want deluxe accomodations and stay at that EPCOT/HS location with access to BW/YC/BC stuff too.

Even with the added expenses, like travel from airport or parking fee, and the room coom charge $14, the rooms are still a significant saving from the other EPCOT resorts (For us last visit to Swan, we saved an average of $130 per night even with the added costs).

If you can get FD rom one of the other EPCOT resorts, then that certainly would change the equation.

Of course if money were no object, we'd be at YC yesterday!
