Can't figure out how to turn this into a rumor or news, but I know that I will get the best educated response here.

Does anyone have a source, a link, or anything that could show me the (pretty specific) geographic boundaries of WDW. I know that it extends to the southeast beyond I-4 (Celebration) but not sure of the specifics.

Also, what is the history of WDW buying/selling land after the original purchases? Does Disney still own the land that the Resort Plaza hotels are on? Did Disney sell the land occupied by Marriott Orlando World Center? How about the Radisson near I-4 and 192?

Anybody out there an expert in this area?

Thanks.

Gcurling, I don't have the answer to your question, but would the Disney annual reports mention the buying and selling of land??

If you go to the US Geological Survey website, you can find property... the area around MK has a pretty well defined perimeter, as there is a road that follows it closely. There are also some satellite views pulled from the USGS at www.hiddenmickeys.org. We have some very good aerial photos of property with borders marked according to acquisition timeframe at work, but they are not available to the general public.
