WDW passholder discounts at DLR?

We are annual pass holders at WDW. Do we get discounts on dining or merchandise at DLR? We do not have the passport that is good for both parks.

Nope. You do not. Only if you had the Premier would you get any perks at DLR.

Do you have a Disney Visa card? You can get some discounts on food and merchandise with that. And there are special photo ops. If you have a D23 membership card, that might work for a few discounts. But the pp is correct: only Premier AP gets discounts at both WDW and DLR.

Also DVC if you're an eligible owner. Doesn't have to be owner @ GCV.
