WDW package change question

I booked a trip two days ago and I am leaving next week. Trip had to be paid in full. I am thinking of changing from CSR to PROFQ. The POR is cheaper. Would I get a refund?

WOW, I was never told that when I booked it. I was trying to decide which resort and the CM said you can always change it later, but forgot to tell me for a price.

If the price goes up when you change there is no fee if it goes down there is a fee
