If you had to choose would you eat at LeCelliers or The Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht club - DH loves a good steak and I want to book a PS before our Illuminations cruise. Any comments are appreciated:D

My DW and I ate at both during our trip in November. I would choose Le Cellier over Yachtsman. YSH quality has dropped some (JMO) and I enjoyed Le Cellier much more.

here is another vote for LA CELLIER , we ate at both on our trip in dec. the yachtsmanwas good , but we both enjoyed la cellier much more . The filet mignon was great , and the cheese soup was great [ try the pretzel bread with the soup ] :D :D

If you are getting your Cruise by the Yacht and Beach or the BW my recommendation for an incredible steak dinner is at Shula's in the Dolphin. It is by far the best steak on property. It is the best beef I've had and makes the other seem like 2nd rate eateries. I will add it's a la carte and pricey but worth it.

Sue,

Is Mike still at the beach. Growing up they had the BEST onion rings.

Of the two, I think YSH is much better than Le Cellier.
Shula's does indeed have the best steak on property.. quality right up there with Ruth's Chris and Mortons--"serious steak". However, the service there is a bit stiff--or better put "correct" but not Disney friendly. And their beer list is pretty pathetic for a restaurant of that quality.
YSH does have a nice selection of beer--30+ the last time I was there.

We have eaten at LeCelliers and it was very good. The steak we had was very good. We really liked there pretzel breadsticks & cheese soup.
