Just curious if any DISers are throwing their hats in the ring for the 2012 panel. Applications opened up this morning and continue through Friday 11:59pm EST.

I will be applying...again. Interesting that this year they are asking about your choice of areas of expertise. The choices are Disney World/Disneyland, DCL, DVC, RunDisney and I think maybe Adventures by Disney too.

I don't hate the idea. We eat offsite all the time. Love going to Chik Fil-A.

I applied. Funny, I didn't see anything here about it but last night I thought to myself "Oh I wonder when the Moms panel thing is, usually September..." so I googled and found out it started today.

I applied tonight.
I have applied every year- so I didn't check out the rules at first.
Then, a couple minutes ago I was curious about the December dates for training and read - and realized - that you can't be an immediate family member of a Cast Member!!!
Oops! My son is now an official Cast Member at the MK. Darn it.

Oh well... I have never made it past Round 1- but in the unlikely event I do this year, I will own up and disqualify myself.

I went ahead and applied today. I figured it can't hurt to try plus in my spare time when I have a few all I am doing is reading about disney and listening to podcasts so why not try to help other disney fans or new to disney people. Good luck to all the others that applied : )
