Are there stores or restaurants within WDW (i.e. located on WDW property) that do NOT accept WDW gift cards as payment??? Where can one find a list of any that do not?

I do know that you cannot use GC at some non disney owned stores/restaurants at DS however there are some FAQs on this site that may help with where you can use them.
