WDW - Fantasmic Dining Package - Full Menu?

I have not found 2024 recent posts regarding
this, so question is, do all WDW Fantasmic packages allow picking off regular menu? I know that has changed through the years so looking for current info.
Im particularly interested in Prime Time but please post any recent experience.

I do know its dessert with no appetizer option now and that 21 and over have an alcoholic beverage option included.

Yes, it's the same menu for all restaurants. You'll pick an entrée and a dessert off of the regular menu's for all participating restaurants. After your meal, they'll bring you the check and your Fantasmic tickets. I'd get there 45 minutes before the show because the good seats go quick!
