wdw dine has no clue

How is it they have no clue?? I called and talked to a person to find out what i need to put onmy check and they are telling me know they have to cancel my ressie cause they don't do that.Help.

check for payment for a room reservation? or a dining reservation? or a payment at wdw for dining? i am confused....can you tell? help!!

I have ressies for Storybook breakfast that needed a CC to hold ressies I didn't have a CC so they said mail in a payment for the hold now they say I don't need to. But they will not cancel my ressies.

i would call back and ask to speak to a supervisor. and explain the siutation to the supervisor. if you do indeed want to keep the reservations, send a check for the amount include the confirmation number and any amount of info that would make it very easy for them to figure out what the $$ is for. but if you do want to cancel, call and tell the CM you need to cancel the reservations for the breakfast and this is the confirmation number, date, etc. does this help?
