WDW Bus Transportation Updated

This past week Walt Disney World Bus Transportation began testing the New Prototype Bus Transportation improvements on three Buses, one RTS Bus, and one Nova Bus and one of the New Gillig Buses in a new system which changes the Buses Marquees, Counts Guests with an automated people counter and Most of All has a New Audio Spiel Show. This past week the buses were being tested on the Magic Kingdom to Pop Century Route and the Disney/Mgm Studios to Port Orleans route.

Beginning Next month Walt Disney World will be reorganizing the Bus Dept with Operational changes in Scheduling Disney Bus Drivers then in November this year plans call for having the New Prototype system (including the Audio show for more Resorts) up in running in most of the Bus Transportation Fleet.

My guess is to figure out how many busses are leaving the parks empty, or jammed full for that matter. Those stats can be analized to adjust route times and such (saves disney more $$$)

It's about time Disney got on the boat with this technology. It's been around for years, and isn't that complicated. I'm sure most guests won't notice the changes, but it'll be a nice one regardless.
