You could take the boat to FW and then an internal bus to the campfire. I am not sure which internal bus to take (orange?)

You could take the bus from WL to FW.

You could walk to FW and then take the internal bus.

Most boats and almost 100% of the buses are wheelchair accessible.

The FW/WL boat is occasionally not accessible to wheelchairs when the water level is either very high or very low. When that happens, there is an alternate way to get where the boat goes (bus).
