Glad your migraine finally went away.

So sorry for Tyler not wanting to go with his father.

My cousin's kid who goes back and forth from dad to mom.....hates going to his mother's house. His mom is remarried and has two little ones. Kyle hates going there. He said they are not his siblings. He would rather stay with my cousin. He just turned 18 in January, so he has to finish this school year and then he goes away to college. So he won't ever have to stay over at his mom's again. He can visit her and leave.

That's going to happen to Tyler one day too.

Yup. His problem is his sister. He hates how they don't discipline her and let her scream and whine to get what she wants. Makes him so angry. I've watched it happen too. She's in charge, not the parents. It stinks that a 10 year old sees that. At least he's seeing what not to do when he has kids.

We're not making too much progress on the house this week. Yesterday was grocery shopping and cooking so that took most of the day. Today John is sick again. He has a closed up, swollen sore throat. I told him to rest today and try to knock it out. OH WELL, tomorrow is another day.

YUP, I think Kyle has the same problem. The kids rule, no dicipline. Kyle got his dicipline from my cousin just like Tyler gets his from you.

Life is a lot nicer when the parent is in charge, not the child.

It's so anti-climatic for me that the new 2014 itineraries were announced today. I feel like I need to book something tomorrow. But I can't even think about 2014 until it gets here. This year is going to take all of my attention and funds to make the move. It's killing me that I can't plan a cruise.

we are hoping to get booked on the Oct 4 Southern Caribbean tomorrow. Oct 6 is our anniversary and we LOVED our southern that we did. This is, saddly, only a 7 day, but with WDW before and after it will have to do.

Sound great and I like Southern Caribbean as it look good but Ian said no cruise until 2015 after this July...

Hello

My bathroom have refurbishment, new bath, new shower, new sink and toilets with units, all tiling and floor tiles, new heater and it look lovely, now small bathroom start refurbishment this weekend. I am happy with new bathroom.

Cruise this Summer to Venice to Greece, Turkey, Venice and it cost expensive too but I look forward to. Think it will be last holiday for 4 of us. Keith will be 16 next month.

Wish you all good luck with booking for next year...

PS I cannot wait to go to Alaska for our 25th Anniversary, if he still promise me!! (Another 6 years to go) huh...

I'd love to do the Greek Isle cruise in/out of Venice, but I really don't think it will happen. Will, Mick & I finally put our feet down and said 2014 WILL take us to Argentina/Brazil.

I know I don't have the funds to put down a deposit now anyways, so luckily I don't have to make any decisions for me as of yet.

Monica, do you know what Brazil like? as I was reading one lady complained about her cruise from Barcelona to Brazil and she didnt enjoyed it which is a great shame, I think different erm I forgot how to spell it, silly me.

Mom and I are going to see a cancer specialist tomorrow because I'm hoping he will have more insight on how to remove the tumor in my pelvis. I've seen two surgeons already and both said the tumor needs to come out by the surgery is too complicated for them. So we are heading into NYC.

Hoping for some good cruise news tomorrow- otherwise its too stressful!

Hi Shell. I saw the pic on FB. Long Island got slammed. I saw a pic that Marilyn posted.....I saw it on the news too.....that's from where I grew up. That's the road outside of the mall that I worked in. My cousins are still out there. I hope everyone is well.

Well that photo make me choked to see it and I was so giggled as Marilyn did made me laugh after her comment!!

I can't wait to get to the sunshine and I KNOW I'm going to feel better.

Both legs are screaming in pain right now. They're both infected. John had to change the wrappings on both of them today. So I had to take a half a vicodin at noon. They still hurt so I took another half at 1:30pm. They still hurt so I took another half at 3pm. I can still feel the pain, but it's numbed right now and I'm light headed so I don't care. I don't dare take anymore or I'll be falling asleep.

Oh no you mean both legs now, oh dear, more painful for you, not fair is it!!

I have bad arthitis on my knee, it get worst with cold weather grrrr.

Hello!!!

Had a hard time falling asleep last night....trying to think of what else I needed to do to get the house ready for it's new arrival. There are some things I need to move from the kitchen into the guest room and then I think I'm good. Freckles won't be allowed into the guest room until I can get that straightened out again. Put out the little mat I bought to go under her food/water dish, and now need to decide where her bed should go.

It appears I've caught myself another cold...my sinuses are driving me bonkers!!!

Deborah - I used to live in Sao Paulo, but haven't been back to Brazil/Brasil since 1980. Only reason we'd be going there, is to see the Falls from the other side. I believe those are more amazing than on the Argentine side.
