Since we'll be right in Davenport, maybe we can meet for dinner one night. We don't mind waiting until you get off of work. I think we'll have a kitchen.....maybe we can bribe John to cook for us. We'll see when it gets closer.

feeling a little down right now...missing someone a lot & not expecting to see him for a while + pms = blue

Trying to hold it together & I know I will...just hope not to add any stress to his life, as he's still going through training. He told me that there were 31 people that started on 1/7 and as of 1/25 there were only 10 people left.

Trying to think of different things to do over the weekends so I'm not thinking as much about him.

You need a beach! Just go to look at the water and chill, even if it's too cold to lay out in the sun.

It's hard having a long distance (2 hrs.) relationship. Especially when he works and trains 7 days a week. I'm sure he has to take the Series 7 test for Merrill Lynch. That's a really hard test. I studied for it once, but never took it. It was really tough. AND there's so much to learn. He must be exhausted by the time his day is done.

I'm sure that's so hard on you. You're not in the same place as him right now. Your life is pretty settled while he is still striving in his career. That makes it even harder for you. The best thing you can do is learn to be patient and keep very busy. As hard as it is, he can't be your focus right now....coz he's unable to make you his. Not yet. Timing is everything. Give it the time that it needs to get it right.

Hugs sweetie, I know it's not easy. You can do it. And it will be worth it in time.

FIOS is being installed here at the house tomorrow (it will take 6-8 hours) ugh

Not really looking forward to having to deal with a stranger for that long.

I'm sorry to hear that it takes so long. I want FIOS when we move too, but I never thought that it would take all day to install. My cousin has it and he loves it. He says it's like lightening on his computer. He also has the phone and TV. Is that what you're getting? Maybe that's why it takes all day to install.

I hope our landlord lets us get it in our house. The house we saw was cable ready. I don't want cable. I want DirecTV for my television and Verizon FIOS for my phone and computer. I've seen package deals for this.

I'm thinking of going to the beach next weekend...can't do it this weekend due to the Fios stuff.

I'm getting the bundle (phone, tv, computer)...they had a good deal. Right now I have Directv through Verizon (with phone, computer) so you should be able to get that in the house. Landlord should allow you to have whatever you want, unless they're including it in the rent.

My right eye keeps watering up and my right nostril keeps running. My left side eye and nose are fine. Do I take half of an antihistimine???

Beach next weekend makes more sense.

The only thing the landlord may not like is making holes in the house. If they can run it thru where the cable comes in, then it should be fine.

I remember Sharon, our agent, saying that lawn care and pool care was included in the rent. I think we have to pay for everything else.

I've offered to do this, that way we could at least spend some time together....all he needs to do is ask me to come up, and I'm there. It's all in his court right now. I'm not trying to do anything to add pressure/stress

That's the best that you can do right now....is make the offer and see if he bites.

Remember that his house is a mess and he's embarrassed to let you see it like that. I bet it's really bad now that he has no time for it. That could be a factor.

fios is like cable and with a bundle probably less expensive than separate packages. and you get FIOS(super high speed internet)

I checked DirecTV's website and they had a bundle package that they do with Verizon FIOS. I just hope it's available in Haines City FL when I get there. I know it's not available where I live now.

I KNOW.....that's why I couldn't go back to sleep until I could get the dead mouse and throw it outside.

When I got Ella I said I wanted a female cat because males are too agressive and will hunt. So instead I got Ella who does all of those things.

It's time for us to put down new rat poisoning. It comes in little square blocks and we put it behind the fridge and behind the washer/dryer so the cat and dog can't get at it. That's where the mice are that Ella catches. That will take care of the mouse problem for at least another six months. Then we have to put down more.

We were told that the females make the best hunters because of their instinct to feed their babies and stay healthy themselves for having babies.

Just bought six of these.....so anyone who stays at my house in FL or comes over for a cup of coffee, it will be served in these mugs. Check it out:
