Tyler's going to be so happy when he sees the treat I just ordered for us! A BIG 3.5 gallon tin of Garrett popcorn! It has his favorite cheese popcorn, spicy cheese for me and caramel for us to share. I'm not telling him. Can't wait to see his face when it shows up at our door! And, just as exciting to him, we discovered our favorite pasties while up north last summer, and they have a $20 shipping special if you spend $50, so I ordered a whole bunch! Woohoo! He's not going to know what hit him! It will be hilarious if they both show up on the same day, LOL!!!

Very cool. My obsession is Macadamia nuts. I still order them from Hawaii from time to time.

My mom used to give them to me every Christmas in my stocking. The little triangle shaped individual packs, a few of them, or sometimes a small can. YUM!

Cook? What's that? Need to get the kitchen clean/decluttered before any cooking can happen. It's gotten way too out of hand, to the point where all surfaces are covered. Trying to get motivated to do that.

So I hate shopping, but had to get Tyler new underwear, socks and bigger pajamas, and while I was doing that I found myself a new winter coat (mine has been falling apart) and since the coats were all on clearance, it was only $13.00!!!! Totally made my day!

Probably not this one. It's just a cheap Walmart coat. Same brand as the one I'm replacing, but I liked it so well, I was happy to find the same one. It lasted 2 or 3 winters, and was also a clearance cheapie. Heck, even if the new one only lasts a year, it's still worth it for only $13. YAY!

What a great bargain. I love Walmart. Depending on the item that I'm looking for, I shop at Walmart and Amazon. I don't care what others may say. They are my favorites.

It's Superbowl Sunday!!!! Anybody going to any Superbowl parties? Even if you don't like sports, you can watch the commercials and the half time show. John is not into sports, but he said he's going to record the game just so he can fast forward it and watch the commercials. That's so funny!

I have Superbowl food for today.....KFC game day bucket and John is making Chili and we have chips to scoop it up with and eat. It's going to be a great day. I have no favorite team today so I hope it's just a good game.

We can't stay long though because of Tyler's early bedtime, but he'll get to play chess with their daughter, so both kids are happy.

I just picked up a 7 quart crock pot at Walmart for $12. It replaced the one I bought there after Christmas 8 years ago for $10.

YUP they are great for kitchen items. John needs a new crock pot so I should look into it. OH wait a minute, we're moving. I have to wait until after we get down there to buy it....less to pack and we pay the movers by the pound.

Yeah, Tyler hates sports too. One of their daughters is only 5 and idolizes Tyler, LOL! She plays chess in a 2nd grade chess club at her school, and he loves chess too, so that's what they do at any neighborhood gathering.
